RHR held a round last year and will be holding a BRCA national in 2015 so it's my thinking that the Oople guys wanted to use clubs that had not been allocated a national to promote the series elsewhere.
Bury is only an hour and a quarter from RHR and Southport about 2 hours so they are hardly light years away. Chris
