Default Shipping Shake Up - UK Customers only!

Im sorry to report that we have had to change some of our shipping charges for SOME UK customers, this is down to the Royal Mail no longer allowing us to ship Hazardous items in the post meaning that we have no choice other than to use a Courier.

Most of our customers will remain unaffected, the customers that will see a change are those from Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and some other Islands such as the Isle of Man, strangely the Isle of white is unaffected!

Post Codes affected
BT, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26,
PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

What it means
Customers in the above postcodes will note we usually send the items by Royal Mail due to courier prices, however if you order a Hazardous item, such as a Lipo - Paint - Tyre Additive or a large item like a kit, we will have to charge the extra shipping, usually between £10 and £14, this is something we have been trying to avoid but it has come to the point where we have can no longer stand these charges. As always if we feel we can send your order a cheaper way we will and refund some of the postage charged.

How the shipping is added
We have spent hours going through each of the 10,000 + items we stock adding if the item is Hazardous or Large (theres still loads to do!) so it will automatically add the shipping charges at checkout if there are any.

If ordering Non-Hazardous items you will not notice any difference and orders over £50 will be free shipping and those under £50 will have a £2.95 shipping fee added.

Remember if it costs us less we will refund the difference as i'm sure most customers will have noticed over the years.

Saturday Deliveries
We are working to add the option of Saturday delivery to our website, but this extremely difficult as its not available in all areas so in the meantime if you require a Saturday delivery please call the shop and this can be arranged, the cost is usually around £12

Once again i would like to thank all our customers for the support you show.

Best Regards,
MB
