More Lipo Questions

Great idea getting Lipo questions answered so i`ll ask another.

Ive seen the Trakpower v balancer - can this be used in conjunction with a LRP Pulsar 3 ?

Hi Rich, me again. Yes the V-balancer will work in conjunction with any Lipo charger.

+ and - from charger to input of balancer, + and - of balancer to Lipo with balance lead (one supplied suits Trakpower, others available separate) and hey presto.

You can use the Balancer as a stand alone - if you connect it to cells and not charger, it will equalise without charging.

Its very good. Gold is nice too.

Can you tell me the best place to purchase a Trakpower B4 Lipo a B44 lipo and a V balancer ?

Hi James,
I don't think that would work. Have a look at the Oswestry photos and you can see Mr.Doughty's car, the rear prop shaft is too low.

about three quaters of the height of a normal c cell

Just looking at 2 old disasembled cells ive got here the seem to look like there the same width pointing up as across so if the chasis on the S4 was a faction wider i recon it would be possible..



just comparing the width of 2 single cells the other way round ( across instead of facing down).

I think its possible to put a stick pack lipo down the left side of the chassis on the S4 chassis. If you moved the receiver to the right side. Then you would just need a way of holding it down

Ben doesnt use a steering servo, he leaves it and takes the corner randomly
