SC10 or Ansmann Core
Know someone who's selling a SC10 + a few extras but needs the diff looking at! But also like the Ansmann Core sct! I'm current running a Ansmann Mad Monkey (mid motor) buggy
Anyone had any experience with the Core?? Would make sense having the Core (less spares) but I know the SC10 has proven track record and is popular!! Any thoughts please? Cheers Lee

I would say the sc10 was the best bet
I own a rc10t4 which is obviosly the same platform with minor differences Very durable and with RPM arms all around, stronger turn buckles, and a nice steering servo. You cant go wrong though i haven't had a go with the ansmann core? so I can't completely make your mind up take care

personally i run a SC10, the Ansmann core runs a lightly shorter wheel base than the SC10 but shouldnt cause too much of an issue, dont know if there is much thats interchangeable with the Ansmann range, looking at how well ya went with the monkey first time out, they do do a mid motor SCT too. its all gonna be down to personal choice in the end unless you can get a go with one.
if you go after the SC10 with the shot diff just let me know when ya up at Ardent or drop it in the post to me and ill sort it for ya

You could get the XT here (best price atm) and order the conversion kit from TCmodels (there are loads now! It's the TC02 to TS2 iirc), and you'd have a nice SCT for the mid-£100s.

I like the idea of having the core just to be different and of course its cheaper..
maybe something to think about for next winter at Worksop

Thats what I was thinking Dave (thats why I race a Mad Monkey ) but I know the SC10's are proven good SCT's as well, decisions, decisions
