Talking First Cougar run

Hi folks! Just another RC newbie here I finally was able to test my Cougar for the first time on the track yesterday. It's an astro turf track with high grip, no big jumps, more technical. My first impression was very positive. The car handles the track much better than my Losi XXX-CR, especially in the turns.

I tried Lipos in different weight classes. Very light weight Orion 2400mAh and relatively heavy Desire Power 5100mAh. I found it easier to drive the car heavy.

Thanks to all the build tips in this and other forums I was able to get pass all the problems that some have reported. Nothing broke apart except that I forgot to loctite one screw. Ran about about nine Lipos and did only adjust shocks and slipper.

The Cougar certainly is a crowd pleaser

Just ordered a spare car just in case
