Default anyone running the 2WD Academy ? (GV Pro)

Hey all,
I'm loving the 4wd car, very stable and great to drive for a newbie to off-road like myself)

Has anyone run the newer 2wd model ? Any comments ?

hi Tony, I've noticed your posts on there

I went through the thread last night to get some build tips all 60-odd pages of it !

Just interested to see if anyone's run it here in the UK really

Good day of racing yest. with no broken parts AGAIN! These vehicles are so durable. Got 4th in buggy A stock and 3rd in truck B stock . Qualifiers were not good for me in truck. Both mains were a good battle. Track was soft sandy dirt that was blown out. You could actuall set your shoe in some of the "pot holes". Both vehicles handle it extremely well.
Tip.......1mm washer under ball stud on steering spindle eliminates bump steer.

got out yesterday for a run on a track nearby, had a few handling issues that i've not really pinned down yet, but it's a multi surface track (tarmac and astroturf) and the car was rolling over when going onto the tarmac or through chicanes (too heavily damped perhaps ?)

Other than that, i really liked it !

If it was traction rolling. Try lowering ride height. Could also try heavier weight oil like 2.5 wt all around. Your transfering too much weght. Sound like your car is too lightly dampened.
