Default Oops! Do I need a transponder?

I know this is late notice but I was planning on coming down tonight for my first meeting and realised that I don't have a transponder! I'm used to the old system of people pushing buttons!! Is there any spare ones I can use or rent for the day whilst I look into getting one of my own?
Cheers for any help.

Why do I need a hole and a big clip? I thought it was like a little box that sits on your chassis? Forgive my zero knowledge.

they are the personal transponders that you can buy (amb etc)

The hand out ones go though a hole in your bodyshell and are secured with a clip (so you can whip em out quick after your race!)
