Default To my fellow painters:

Here is a heads up for my fellow painters:

Name: jean-louis Schaus
Country: SCEAUX, FRANCE

Disputed Amount:
$425.00 USD

Got screwed out of $425 PLUS the $50 bucks it cost to ship the bodies. He knows how to work paypal to screw the seller. And I have USPS delivery proof it was delivered......

AVOID THIS CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

Post some pics of the painted bodies. Might ruin some of the fun of running them...

On the other hand when I order stuff from the states USPS tracking shows delivered when the shipment lands in customs. It then takes somewhere between 10-30 days for me to receive notification from customs that I need to pick something up. That's in Germany though.

Sorry to hear that Larry! Surely with proof of postage and delivery confirmation you are covered by Paypal??
Maybe you can fill us in on Paypals responses to your problem..

You havent lost yet . Open your paypal and from the dropdown menu select Guides from the resolution center.
Then click on
Responding to a chargeback with a credit card issuer
read on from there it seems the card issuer not paypal decides if the claim is valid. if he says he has not recieved them but you have proof Paypal will help you sort it as a fraudulent claim. ts worth a go for that money. Otherwise send him a parcel of dog crap as you have his address.

If you know anyone who might bump into him at a race I'd get the shells back, then if he wants them make him pay double.

I had the same done to me for a crash helmet many years ago, I found out where the guy was racing about 4 months after it happened, turned up, found him, said, wow, cool crash helmet paint job, can I have a look, he handed it right to me, at that point I introduced myself and walked off with his crash helmet, I've never had anyone be so polite, got an extra £300 all in cash on top of what he owed me within an hour...

I hope you get on top of this though Larry.
