Default DNX408 Radio Box?

what is the best setup for installing everything in the radio box i have athe smallest spektrum reciever a losi regulator and a LRP lipo and a switch and tryin to get everything to fit in takes like 20 minutes lol

Theres no denying its a squeeze. lol. You can shorten the cables so you dont have to bunch them up so much or as I've done, order the v2 radio box. Quite a lot easier to get it all in and easy access to the rx battery with an access door at the bottom. Not expensive but very worthwhile upgrade.

on the subject of radio boxes is is suggested its lined with foam to reduce vibrations effecting the RX?

Yeah you should try and pad it in some way so the receiver doesn't receive a constant beating... see what I did there... I'll get me coat !

I've used a piece of velcro on the bottom of the reciever for vibration isolation.
Its going to be a tight squeeze, I would suggest removing the switch as I have found they can cause glitching and also stop working altogether without any indication. To turn the car on and off, run the cables from the battery and regulator outside the radio box.
