Default AC/DC duel channel charger

Hi,

Looking for a duel channel AC/DC charger, ideally 50w per channel as I'm only charging 2S Lipos.

Most duel channel chargers I've come across are DC only.

Probably because it would need a 10-12a power supply to charge 2 packs at the same time. Just buy a power supply then you can buy any charger you want in the future.

Hi Ian,

Thanks for the reply. Yep the PS/Charger combo at the moment seems to be the best option I'm trying to keep the size of all the RC stuff I have as small as possible.

With guys using bigger & bigger packs, especially in 1/8th scale, I think the charger I'm looking for is just around the corner (wishful thinking )

I use one of these PSU to power my charger Kev, they are really good. If you contact bigred5765 on here, he sells them.

Paired with this charger and your sorted for life

Inside Line Racing are selling the AC/DC Core RC UAC50 for £39.99 ATM (RRP £59.99), for that price you could get 2 and not need a power supply:

I have a couple of these and you can actually charge two 2S packs at once (on each charger) if you get a dual pack balance board for another £2.99:

Beat me to it Carl..lol. LRP make a lead for dual charging from the one charger but for it to be economical, you really need at least a 200-400w charger, for which you will need a PSU to be able to supply the required amps to make it worthwhile. Take the plunge Kev and get the dual charger and PSU and you won't need to worry.
