AC/DC duel channel charger
Hi,
Looking for a duel channel AC/DC charger, ideally 50w per channel as I'm only charging 2S Lipos. Most duel channel chargers I've come across are DC only. |

Probably because it would need a 10-12a power supply to charge 2 packs at the same time. Just buy a power supply then you can buy any charger you want in the future.

Thanks for the reply. Yep the PS/Charger combo at the moment seems to be the best option I'm trying to keep the size of all the RC stuff I have as small as possible. With guys using bigger & bigger packs, especially in 1/8th scale, I think the charger I'm looking for is just around the corner (wishful thinking ) |

I use one of these PSU to power my charger Kev, they are really good. If you contact bigred5765 on here, he sells them.

Inside Line Racing are selling the AC/DC Core RC UAC50 for £39.99 ATM (RRP £59.99), for that price you could get 2 and not need a power supply:
http://insidelineracing.co.uk/new-pr...harger-details I have a couple of these and you can actually charge two 2S packs at once (on each charger) if you get a dual pack balance board for another £2.99: http://www.modelsport.co.uk/logic-rc...products/32573

Beat me to it Carl..lol. LRP make a lead for dual charging from the one charger but for it to be economical, you really need at least a 200-400w charger, for which you will need a PSU to be able to supply the required amps to make it worthwhile. Take the plunge Kev and get the dual charger and PSU and you won't need to worry.
