Nothing to report really, she wanted to know what we wanted so I told her:-
Covered track. (She'd seen the pictures of that French track on OOPLE)
Car parking + Toilets.
I also suggested we could share an indoor venue with a BMX track.
(How about a name change to BMRCCANDBMX)
She's gone away to do some research now 'coz I couldn't let her have any costs of buildings or for about 400 square metres of ASTRO.

I have only had 1 person say anything about days to hold this meeting. I have a few say any time, so do you want it on a weekday or wekend? The sooner the better.

Sounds good to me..weekend 6th / 7th Sept.. this is the weekend between Eastrax / Coventry so the Sunday afternoon (7th) would suit me

But as Mike b says i can fit in to suit other peoples free time..

Roger... that meeting sounds promising! Keep up the good work With a possible Gold in the BMX olympics, BMX will be back on the map with the youngsters, (much like the cycling golds have done...) which will bring spectators, which will mean spectators for the RC Racing, which could ultimatley bring more people into RC

Cheers

Nick

Woody - Sundays best for me really too, or any evening except Tue or Thurs. Friday and Saturday are usually drinking nights but would sacrifice one for the cause if that's when it's convenient for most.

Wow an indoor track would be fantastic, I'm sure that would get loads of interest especially if these rainy summers persist.

Then here it is then! Next Sunday. At the track, starting at 9:30am. Please as many as possible and bring a friend. 2 heads are better than 1, etc.
