Default Basic setup for xb4

Hi
Im after a decent base point for a xb4 with the from driveshafts taken out on hi grip astro i know roughly where it wants to be but i want to know what inserts to have on the hinge pins and stuff

I have moved to the above Stu Woods setup.

It works for me and I ain't great. The only thing I switch about is swapping the rear inserts depending how jumpy the track is.
