Don't forget guys, no 'racing equipment' is to be laid out till the AGM is done, as it is deemed to cause a distraction to the meeting, the sooner you finish the AGM, the sooner you get to race.

what you mean 9.30. 9.15 is long enough.
 if we can get in the hall free on the saturday we will start the track to save time. but the track wont be open untill the AGM is over. also dont bring any kit into the hall untill after the agm. just bring chairs in the hall. (thats was from H ).
