Tamco rx issues

This is a little long winded but I'm new back into RC cars so I've borrowed a car for now with an LRP sphere esc and Revention motor with Plazma pro saddle.

Now I'm on a budget so I bought the second cheapest Tamco radio set, I think I'm having binding issues but occasionally when I turn the car on the light goes green and I can drive for about a minute until what seems to be the Failsafe kicks inand all lights go red. I've started messing with settings on the Tx and had the FS on and off and set to steering to check it's the FS and it seems to be the case but I can't beat it...........

Can Anyone help???? I'll buy you beer.......or Cider if you are in Devon
