Default electrics

just been converted to the 22.
LOVE it
had it a few days,(used purchase), installed electrics.
ran it today with no set up etc and made the A final, best since returning to the off road scene from a 22 year break lol....... 7 months ago. have to say the 22 is a great car. and VERY strong.

I have also bought a 2nd one with loads of spares, yes i am mental lol........

Can i ask, how do you guys fit all the electrics on, i have done as you can see, but i notice you sometimes mount the esc etc on the rear plate?

how have you done it and what other shells are available that might make it easier?

cheers TLR lovers...........

Try to look at team blue groove TLR 22 shell.

The Bulldog shells also offer more space.

If you are mounting the ESC at the backend, then you probably can't place a fan. Look at a smaller footprint ESC (e.g. NOVAK kinetic or ORCAQ).

Stubby lipo may also free up space.

I'm going to sort out my Losi 22...it's a mess and the shell doesn't fit good

For mid FTW Vane, lot's of space, ugly as hell. For rear JC Finnisher.

I have a 60 Amp Hobby Wing with fan mounted on the bulkhead over the motor, and with a Proline Mid Motor Bulldog it fit's pretty much fine. Only issue is getting to the rear battery strap which is a bit fiddly. I'll post some photos when I have time.

Try the Phat Bodies "Rocco" .. more space for side by side lipo's and for the speedo mounted on the rear plate

But then, its only moving it 2 inches, I have some weight in the front, remove that and add a little to the rear to balance it. worth a try!
