Default Mid West- BRC team champions

A big well done to all of our Mid West representatives who competed at the BRC event over the weekend. Every year, a team region trophy is awarded, and the winning region is determined by the combined results of their top 5 finishers in each class and in each category. The 3 age group categories have a team winner, and the BRC also has a team winner awarded.

In the the 3 age groups we had some really good showings from our young guys, and our not-so-young guys in the junior and veteran classes respectively. In the age group based team competition we finished a very creditable 3rd place.

But in the BRC team championship, the mid-west did what has become somewhat traditional it has to be said (any year we don't win is just an enormous fluke and based on factors such as: home track advantage, depleted numbers and/or Scott Whyman ) and finished in 1st position.

So, next time you come and race with us in the mid west region, you can be assured your racing in 1 of the most talented in the UK.

Well done to you all...

Great work from ALL the team.

We had 4 in the 'A' on Saturday including TQ as well as winning the 'B' and we had 3 in the 'A' on Sunday and 2 in the 'B'

I'm sure Tom can confirm my figures!

GO TEAM!

Yeah your figures look right... although I'm not 100% sure on 1 of our guys TQing in 2wd, you sure about that?

Thinking... still thinking... no, no don't remember that part at all... dunno what meeting you were at...

Well done mate, it was a well deserved pole for sure...

Yeah Rob, young Tinsley's move in leg 3 on saturday was pretty sweet, I reckon he held back purposely so he could pass him on the corner where the crowds were... he pulled the plug on Nathan Waters doing the double with that move, must have given him a real sinking feeling afterwards...

yeah yeah, my taxi's waiting, I know...
