Hehehe well believe it or not I have mellowed out big time. Still memories are great and a lot of fun was had through those racing years.

You never guess who I had a chat with today. Dave Duggan, now that brings back memories of when I raced against him way back in the 90's, and of course his old man Brian, BRCA chairman and top notch chap who didnt ban me from the BRCA with all of my crazy antics (Dave and I got up to a lot of nutty stuff hehehe)

it's about 2hrs away from you Nick. Don't follow shortest route through mid wales, just gun it down M5.

Yeah, prob M50 aswell (i usually carry on to Bristol) What i meant was the shortest route from North Wales through mid wales can take a hell of a lot longer than the longer route via M5 that's all motorway. Great fun roads when dry & enough grip to attack them but just a pain in the backside early on a winter morning.(had to see where i was going out the side window of the 924 way too many times...)

Using the M50 is definately the best bet as they charge on the way IN to wales on the bridge but is free to leave ....... often thought that must be a mistake ... surely they'd make much more money if they charged to leave over the bridge and sold rain coats on the way in

Nick, I was thinking of your dad's driving. 3 hrs for most other people.

2hrs is averaging over 80mph including A5 & shrews roundabouts etc.

Doors not open until 11am so not too early. Plenty of time to sleep your hangover off...

Congtratulations to Penny & Craig Harris and there Club for running a Cracking event today. Awsome track with tidy jumps and obstacles. 4O+ Entries and those 1/18th scale cars look ace and have plenty of speed.

I enjoy it ..... first time with a 2wd car since about 2002 and the first time with a 2wd on carpet in longer than that.

Track was interesting and flowed well, how I got the car round with next to no brakes from that bonded LRP I'm not sure though.

Craig let us know when there is another one .... I'll be there for sure.

Millzy .... mildest motor I have at the moment!!!!! Just got back into 1/10th off road and not fully kitted up yet.
I think a 10.5 Novak would have worked well but I don't have one!
