Default Welcome LRP!

A few people have asked for an LRP forum and with a growing bunch of nitro and electric vehicles it's time we added a forum. Feel free to discuss anything LRP in here - though electrics talk might be better suited to the specific electric forum rather than in here, but that's up to you

Maybe make a new thread for the question Lex rather then posting in the welcome 'hello' post
