Associated b44.2/3 Rear driveshafts
got a problem with my rear driveshafts poping out almost like they are too short any help or any alternatives

All I do is add two limiters (on front one on rear) on the piston inside the shock body and measure the stroke, it sets the cva so the silver pin is just inside the out drive on full droop.
And as un4racing says check cambers. Possibly a bent cva may cause it.

I had this happen once with my B44.2...check the shock bottom ball joint is screwed on ALL THE WAY; if it's not then this can happen. BUT don't screw it on so hard it deforms the ball joint and either weakens it or binds it up.
As above could also add a limiter under piston to limit down travel. |
