Hi I'm still puzzled by the whole thing what I need to clear up is do I have to lower both the front and rear hangers on my 210 by 2mm to gain the help of lrc thanks Andy

No, just the rear. But with the front left the same height and the back lowered you will also gain anti-squat.

Thanks for that that's what puzzled me I thought I would be adding anti squat cool so if I do front also I will be back to zero for clay. Cheers again top bloke Andy
