New 12th bodies and blinky speedos approved

Two new bodies from Black Art have been approved for use in BRCA National meetings. The list has been updated and is available here:

Four new speed controllers have been added to the list of 'blinky' speedos that can be used in the approved mode at BRCA National meetings. The list has been updated and is available here:
