Default Want to say a big big thank you to everyone last night

Hi all,

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone last night for their help in getting my car going. I'd turned up last night hoping to get it rolling in a straight line but everyone chipped in and the damn thing is alive, ALIVE I TELLS YOU !

Specially wanted to say thanks to:

Neil for sorting out alignment and geometry and identifying the slipper was set too loose

Darren for a library of advice and tips and the constant "Forget what you knew, it's a brave new world" - btw I owe you for the motor wire, by the time I realised you'd left for the evening. Next time I see you I'll setle up

Chap in the hat, sorry I missed your name, but thank you for the battery wire and all the advice on the charger, the loan of the batteries to get some power in the car for set up whilst mine charged etc etc Even the point where you came over and after having seen my horrific driving, you made an on-the-fly adjustment to my Tx and made the car driveable

Chris for sorting out the suspension

And everyone else who got a thorough work out running around putting my car back on track or the right way up

All - it was really appreciated. Thank you. Great atmosphere and a great club

As for the driving - damn its fun, a lot faster than it used to be and I swear when I was younger I was better
