its not like an america forum where people set up a whole thread and ram everything into it.
this whole sub-section is devoted to AE, if you have a question, just post a new topic up in here. in answer to your question, just go with the kit setup and go heavier on the oil by 5wt or so, maybe a harder spring. depends what kind of indoor track really, will there be lots of carpet, lots of polished floor?? |

I think it was Rich Cree that posted on the AE forum that he ran 35F and 30R at Newbury which was an indoor mixture of carpet and wood.
Silver/Green or Silver/silver seems most commen |

is that you jimmy?? :P yer a dedicated thread would be nice.
on a crapet track i bin runnin no.1 pistons all round 40F 35R. blueF silverR. inside holes and drop it abit lower. puttin a screw in the front wishbones to stop the hinge pin comin out the back is a good idea need a few modifications though to do this and also doin some filing on the top decks so the wires arent cut to peices. |

cheers for the prompt replies lads much appreciated. In the middle of building my car right now. Ive done the shock as follows: Rear - p1, 30wt, silver. Front - p2, 35wt, silver. Will give it a run at the weekend if i get a chance and see what its like. Btw yeh jimmy i think at dedicated setup threat etc would be a good idea means all the info ya need is easy to get hold of.
