Default K1 not fitting in BRCA Box

hi ive just fitted the 10 degree alloy pivot blocks on my k1 with 2m of track washers front and back, ive just tried to put it in a box 250mm wide and the nuts seem to be catching on the side of the box it will go in with excessive force but then i cant pull it out im just wondering if i have done anything wrong.

thanks in advance

Simon's setup uses 1mm track width spacers at the front.

1) The setup sheet you're copying wasn't a BRCA event
2) His latest setups use 1mm

I have 2mm washers on the front of mine with alloy blocks and it fits fine. Ran it at last regional.

2mm on the front of a K1 will be very wide. It was fairly wide on the SX series, and the K1 bulkheads are wider.
