Default Gave the car it's first proper run out last night

It went well, no manager damage and the car seems to handle and feel good around the track when in 4wd mode (see below).

Had one incident where someone drove into the back of my and broke a rear shock stay(plastic). Luckily I had a spare from when I changed the front to alloy, which didn't fit perfectly but got me through the rest of the night. I've ordered some alloy shock stays for the rear as well now.

One other problem I had, is that half way through a race the output shaft connecting the spur the centre drive shaft kept coming loose. So I spent most laps in 2wd mode, which was murder as the car was really difficult to handle with the backend stepping out all the time under to much acceleration. I've re-read jims original review on the ZX-5 and it turns out he had the same issue and used some thread lock to fix it, so at least I know how to sort that.

The fast guys were doing 17s lap times, and my best times were 21s, which I don't feel is too bad considering I've not raced for years, and they're running 6.5t's while I went with a safe 9.5t. I have a couple of fairly consistent races where I only required a marshal once.

Got a couple of weeks before I can go again, but so far I'm happy with the car. So thanks to those that helped me. Mainly Roger, Col, and Mattb, they've answered loads of my questions over the last few months.
