Nice shakedown

First and second in the first competion here in Portugal.

Loved the car, 1 second faster than my already fast B4.1 with an 12h setup.

yes please for the undertray.

I have a B4 diff that is a little loose in the gearbox casing. I have B4 shims and they dont fit are the B4.1 shims bigger? or is no one shimming the diff?

ps. not sure what happened to the fonts/color

If it's the older B4 diff then you will need the B4.1 metric outdrive bearings (AS9832) and matching outdrives (AS9852) . There is no shimming required.

I converted a B4 and I too have a little side to side float in mine but it's nothing to worry about and wont be shimming mine :-)

Now that some/all of you have bought and run your Centro's how do you rate it against your old 2wd (what did you replace it with) and are you all happy with the build/quality and the handling of it ???

Previous car..X6..The centro turns better, has more grip,is lighter in the air and generally more nimble so thumbs up all the way.Ours went together very well without issue however...The brand new b4.1 i purchased as a donar is made from playdough!! All plastic parts are slack and worn(centro used 3 times by a competant driver not bashed) Rear bearings sloppy in alu hubs, ballcups very loose, steering sloppy...you get the idea
Really dissapointed in associated/thundertiger quality...Love the c4 though
