Default help please

hi guys newby here with probably a dumb question but here goes. i just bought new a speed passion gt 2.1 ex and the instructions dont seem very clear. i am strugling to find out how low i can go with the motor turns. the website doesnt seem to be any clearer either. i have a 5.0 turn lrp motor but i dont want to cook the esc. the guy at the shop said it would run a 3.5 but i am not sure he has told me right. i cant find the ampage for the speed controll anyware. helllllppppppp. any input greatfuly received. ta.

It ill be fine the gt 2.0 is better for lower turn motors
But it will be its what lee martin uses with a 5.5t
So try it if not Play it safe and buy a 6.5t motor

ok thats cool. i dont want to advance the timing or anything anyway so if i keep the gearing down i am hoping it will be ok. thanks for your help.
