Default Very Dark Blue

I'm looking to do a shell in a VERY dark blue. Darker than navy blue. The kind of blue that is only really visible in sunlight. The kind of dark blue that is currently only in my head.

Can someone suggest how I could get a very dark blue onto a shell? Maybe a clear blue backed with black? Does anyone do a dark blue out of a can?

Elliott.

fascandy or fasescent blue layered up, backed with black, you could try adding a touch of black to the pint, but I never found it to be any good with Faskolor.
