Default T-3VCS FAAST receiver options

I need a new receiver for a car I used relativly infrequently. I'd previously read about FRSKY stuff and the prices look very attractive but is the TFR4 the smallest they do and anyone any expereience with one?

Any other alternatives other than a Futaba one?

If Balders' PM said "FRSky TFR4 is great; buy with confidence" then I am wasting my time typing this!!

I have three, all in 1S cars (LMP12 and GT12) and they run perfectly. Very light and this is the smallest footprint receiver they do for the 3VC FASST system. I use mine with a Futaba FASST Tx module. I can't tell the difference between the FRSky receiver and the R603FS Futaba receiver... except to my pocket! HTH
