check all soldered joints on connectors between esc and batterys, check the wire from the switch isnt broken/loose,
if the esc was running very hot during use something could have blown inside, if you have access to one a digital multimeter will help diagnose wether there is a problem with the circuitry somewhere, unfortunately if there is something wrong inside only thing to do is send it off too SMD for repair as they are a very complicated bit of kit |

assuming its new from a shop, go on the SMD website and fill out warranty form and send it back,
they are very good customer service wise i have had a couple replaced and usually turned around within a week, my version 1 went wrong and the warranty replacement was a version 2 as dont think there is any version 1's left |

Before you give up on it just check if there is a smell of electrical burning. Also hardwire the switch it may be just that simple.

I had the same. It turned out to be the switch. I removed it and all was good again

Yeah check the switch, i had sent my ssx back to SMD only for them to send it back saying its fine, wiggled the switch about and it cut out again. i'm gonna cut it off and solder it.

I know it might cost a bit, but I would contact Associated in the US, I think they are the distributors for LRP stuff in America. You should be able to send it back to them for repair under warranty.
