Yes.. Paint Scheme looks too retro. I like the Front HPI Slim Star Rims. Those are cool.BTW how much is Gasoline in UK?
He will only do a local pick up. They must tax the hell out of gas over there! When I was in Sussex in 1988 I think it was something like 5 pounds per liter?

The wing is still available from kyosho and apart from the white one that it is slightly different you can clearly see that the shape it's the same of the one inside the box.

Wing is correct - these did come in certain kits and is a fact

shocks are correct. Ellis stafford used the same kyosho shocks on his european championship winning car and i also had a set. These are as per some kits as well and gold did not come with all kits as per the box picture.

Smile wicked flash back

love this post,

i used to race a lazer zx-r back in the day and used to beat everyone that decided to swap to a newer car, mainly the shumacher cat 2000

my lazer was a very fast car, just found the front arms to break often,

i still have loads of trophys from my zx-r races...

what a flash back and wish i still had mine,

seen my original zx-r on a boot sale about 5 years ago for £30, wish i'd bought it back, loved the car

Default Thats too bad about your Kyosho!

Your Kyosho story really hit me. I personally raced the Avante's. I kicked their Butt! The owners were soo MAD!They shouted F#$% Avante! The engineering of my Kyosho Kept winning races. I beat all of the Losi and Associated. Now this was 1990 ok? So losi buggy at the time was I think a JRX-2.What a Joke! The Yokomo was not impressive. I raced at Balboa Park in San Fernando Valley. Its gone now. Many of the California Tracks have shut down. The Best one now I absolutely love is the Camarillo Raceway! 3 Tracks over there. You have the On Road Gas, Next door is the Dirt Oval, and In the Middle Section is the Jumps and turns. I turn Mashall when I can to help out. For my ZX I had the Lazer Bearing Upgrade Kit! It was so fantastic and my buggy I still have in storage from 1990. I think I put in a 9 turn in it later with NO PROBLEM! I raced novice class many times because I was new. GPM alloy parts were a fantastic Upgrade at the time. After that I got the TOP SHAFT to make the buggy perform more responsive.

Default Rims for sale?

Hi Ema!
Question for you? Do you know where I can find the Fasttrax 5 star rims from Microtech Racing? I keep trying the English website and they are always out of stock.
Any input would be appreciated.
Regards

I think that http://www.fastrax-rc.com is the first place where you can look .

However keep in mind that the fastrax wheels have a different offset and made your car a little wider.
I tryed a set of Dish weels (FAST0150 and FAST0151) and my car was a little to wide in the rear (however they fit and they look good).

Hey Guys. Do these ballistic Buggy Rims Fit the Kyosho Lazer? I found them on Ebay.
Auction#190396492526

I got a pair of these rims a while back. They were nice on my lazer.
Auction#290376016548

The only HPI stars I could find had the wrong HUB! I want the slim ones for my Lazer.
Auction#270593529754
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thank you all.

I think that it's better to wait for some HPI ones, the look of the ballistic rims does not convince me at all.

Interesting the white HPI may fit my RC10B2 buggy !!

P.S. Who want to guess the ending price of this auction ?
