Got an email from Barry saying he had spoke to Gary and it was chucking it down I told him I don't envy him having to build us a track

If teh weather is as bad for building York's track all you'll get is a bloody oval!!

It took me 2.5 hours this morning to do a 30 min journey due to flooding.

Must admit that if the forecast doesn't improve I might think again about going.

Not going to lie it has been raining a bit this morning, and even the Met Office have flash weather warnings for North East/West, Midlands, South West England, and Wales.

However for the time being it has stopped raining!!

Saturday and Sunday are showing temp in just under 19' but rain expected on Saturday with a break in the sun in the afternoon.

OMG! I feel like a weather girl.

Well, me, Alex and Mac have the caravan loaded and are setting off about 4pm!

If no one turns up then we will have the park to ourselves

Hmmm, this monsoon putting me off. Glastonbury next week, I dont fancy wading round in mud 2 weeks on the trot.

If we've pre-registered but dont make it do we have to let anyone know beforehand?

I don't envy any of you racing tomorrow/Sunday!

The rain has been pretty bad all day and apparently isn't going to stop till Sunday, although it's down to "fine rain" at the moment.

Not sure about people going on about blowing up electrics in the wet, with proper waterproofing it's fine... I never had a problem at Teesdale or Batley last year. Could just buy an MRT speedo for the wet weather... they're properly waterproof!

If you'd been at Kidderminster in May... you'd understand.
