Default Yokomo YZ-2 shock piston issues

hi folks. My YZ-2 almost assembled. Came across shock assembly. Put shock shafts and pistons together as per manual, and find some movement slop in piston. Seems washer not thick enough or grove in shaft to big. Stock washer is 0.5mm tick obviously too thin, however 0.75mm too thick cant put clip on shaft. Do you guys had same problem or just me bought bad kit? Put front shocks together filled up oil, i can feel the slop in the movement of shaft whilst moving shaft up and down quickly. Might i should get some third party pistons? cheers

Didnt have that, but mine did spin very easily on the shaft and 1 was fairly tight in the cylinder and needed trimming slightly. Im going to buy the yokomo machined ones. My friends were spot on though so maybe just unlucky on tolerances.

Hello.

What kind of holes is it in the pistons of the kit?

I just bought the kit, but are away from home... Just want to now.

Friendly.
