X10 Diffs in a mitchum 98?
A firend of mine has mitchum 98 pred and he was wondering if the metal diffs from the later versions will fit into it? Also what other bits would fit his cars such as rockers etc.

the later diffs will fit, but you will need new bearings and the new alloy diff holders. You will also need to dremel some of the chassis away to. you will see where when you put the diff in.
everythign else will fit as long as you are prepared to do some mods here and there. may be easier to leave the mitcham as a shelf queen, if it is original, and buy a 2nd hand X10. it could well work out cheaper. The mitcham, with it's black anodising and black wheels is by far the best looking pred yet! |
