another winter project !!
hi ooplers

Hi fidspeed......
I would try Nail Polish remover first on a small part. This does contain acetone but not as strong. It will also depend on the paint that has been used to spray it red. Put the Nail Polish remover on a rag and then rub onto red paint, (don't pour the Nail Polish remover directly on). Have a bowl of hot water and a lot of washing up liquid on the ready to wash the part straight away. I would try it on a small part of the underside of the chassis first to see what reaction you get with the paint, unless you know the paint thats on it. Hope that helps..............

Speak to Stanton, he had a Losi covered in paint and managed to make it come up like new. Looks a good project car

Looks like it might be based on a SWB chassis / top deck?

You could try soaking in brake fluid , that's halmless to plastics and can work .
