Meeting Jimmy in person at Batley club, back when the forum was about Batley track and it's worm problem - 2004, or there abouts.

When the site grew out of Jimmys R/C Warriors, his personal vintage r/c site way back in 2002.

Got to know about Jimmys R/C Warriors from Jimmys posts on Tamiyaclub.

I almost forgot about the "fuzzy" TV.
Things have moved on since Jim was snapping a few "souvenir" shots with the old little Fuji camera

I found oOple when I was starting my hobby in 2008. Guys linked to oOple from our national RC-forum: rc10.fi. All these well done reviews and reports caught my attention right away and I've been checking the site and forum ever since.

While having one of my many “I wish I had one of my old RC cars” moments I searched for “Yokomo YZ10” in 01/02?? and found Jimmy’s page with some pics of his YZ-10 at Aire Valley (I think) the site slowly grew to include other cars and instruction manuals and stuff, then race reports, and I was addicted, but only joined the forum a couple of years ago.
