First go with liquid mask... In fact first go at spraying. Might be a bit more adventurous on my second attempt but I do like simple design so I'm pleased with it!

I'm sure I heard someone mention a protective coat you can spray/paint on to help look after the paint, anyone have an idea where I might find this?

Finally finished (minus a coat of paint).

Here's my new DEX410v3 with 5.5t Speed Passion motor and Revention Combo, Code RC gear and Orion 5500 90C batteries.

Now just need the weekend for its first run out.

Not to happy about the apparent lack of a micro receiver for the code rc gear, had to use the standard sized part on its side.

Three things, that servo wire looks like it might get munched by the servo saver as you steer, might be worth moving it, or clipping it to something out of the way. The motor wires aren't held away from the front prop, if they end up resting against it, you are going to have some fun. The saddle pack jumper lead might need shortening so it doesn't touch the rear prop.

I had the same thoughts, nothing a few plastic ties won't sort out.

I was going to clip the jumper lead to the battery clamp, that'll keep it off the prop and stop me loosing one every time I take the batteries out.
