Losi Micro 1/36th scale
Anyone race these anywhere?
My son and I had one each for Christmas. Somewhere in the Midlands preferably. |

You might be able to race them at Dudley, depends on where you are in the midands tbh!!
They would possibly be able to be run at what is going to be my local club (Hereford) which meet at Leominster. Thanks Mark |

Me and my son race ours in the lounge! I have made jumps out of card board and have a cool little track layout with a cross over and everything. Don't know if I'd actually make the effort to go somewhere to race it though

I have seen you can get tiny brushless systems for them

Wow, and it's actually a Losi conversion... I'm quite surprised.

We need to get some practice against each other first (son is only 6). I'm hoping to get him into 1/10th as this is what I used to race and would like an excuse to do so again, but he's a bit young for those yet I feel. The low cost of spares and upgrades also appeals to me. The brushless system mentioned previously is only $50!! |

Not sure my wife would appreciate that. At the moment we are using the local kids park which is just down the road from us. The rubber play surface is good to run and we invent tracks around the play equivalent. If you've a track in the house why would you want to go anywhere else! |
