Default Free Pasties........NO!!!

I got a bit bored at work the other day and myself and some bird with massive norks were discussing how depressing the cold pasties from greggs were, so i wrote an email of complaint, saying how distressed i was, i thought i would at least get a free pasty.

Here is the response:

Dear Mr Farrer
Thank you for taking the time to contact us with regard to the cold pasties purchased from our shop at Aberdeen.
We would like to assure you that Greggs aim to maintain the highest standards of product quality, freshness of bake and availability in all our savoury products. To achieve this we bake our savoury product in small quantities and often to ensure that freshly baked products are always available to our customer. Once removed from the oven, our savoury products are allowed to cool naturally within our ambient display counters. Upon request, the bake off counter staff can advise customers' on the temperature of the freshly baked products and when the next batch of freshly baked savoury products are due out of the oven.
We are grateful to you for taking the time and trouble to contact us; I can assure you that we value our customers' feedback. Your comments have been passed onto the Area Manager to review the savoury bake off procedures with all the relevant staff members. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment which may have been caused and we hope this incident will not deter you from future purchases with Greggs.

Kind regards

If anyone would like something moaning about while im bored, ill do my best to fight your cause and get a freebie

I'm not impressed at how much ferrari's cost compared to my ford focus.
Could you try and get the price down a bit?

Southwell: the norks are immense she is only 5ft as well so they look even bigger, its just as well really because if she was any taller her CofG would be all wrong.

Tel: Totally agree mate, i have been looking into this for you and i would suggest a spider version, this way you can at least put a crib on the engine cover. I will test this theory though and get back to you.

G, can i borrow Mia?

Pete: im all for this happening i believe the pound will get a little stronger in november against the dollar but i cant confirm actual rates yet.

I once found a spider in a tin of baxters soup, i got £5 in vouchers, they blamed 'the farmers' Alan Partridge style.. bloody cheek.

I also found a bone in a packet of frazzles, again i got £5, i could have choked on it, cheapskates.

Who knows what this afternoons sausage roll will contain..... watch this space

Thankfully it was free of all foreign objects.. however it also appeared to be 100% free of meat products..
