Why not mate did you turn the servo horn and reposition with the tranny switch on to keep it central???

it is central but i can turn it with a small force to the right but the left is much harder

If you turn the servo over, the gear/horn would be on the wrong side?
Some decent plastic glue and a few washers should do the trick. |
