Default Tape markings for springs / ARBs etc.

Some of the manufacturers have markings that wear off pretty quick these days, can anyone recommend tape for helping identify spring / ARB colours etc.

I've seen these tapes on 1/8th cars etc.

Yes I prob could get some insulation tape or something, but looking for something reliable, neat and so forth that won't fall off at the first meeting.

Only thing that I can think of is some form of 3m tape. At the end of the day it needs to also be thin enough not to affect spring rates and so forth.
