I suppose any really X10 or XX4 both very good cars, but i would say the X10 is proberbly the fastest out of the 2, i have a XX4 never had a go of the pred but what i have seen it lookes very good outdoors

Well this one will throw you...

Think back a few years... A certain Mr Cragg, Mr Bradby, Jamie Booth and Graham Alsop all ran the predators, at the same time the now long in the tooth XX4 was also available. But which do you think was the regular in the A final?

Proof that the fastest car really is the pred, however it maybe didn't have the best sponsorship deals/management at the time...

Chew one that for a while.........

All running AE as their primary sponsor.
There were rumours around at the time that they wouldn't have been allowed to run a Losi 4WD if they had wanted to.....

I've had Preds, XX4, XXX4 and BJ4.
I always end up back with the XX4 as it is so forgiving.
In the right hands the Pred may be faster, but for the average driver I think the XX4 is the better choice.

Greeny dont worry about parts for you X10 you just need to order from Xtreme Rc they are very helpfull and the service is very fast(like the car). I was speaking to Lewis today and he is a very helpfull and freindly chap as Mr North has already said. There may be a 2wd on the way as well which would be nice. (that last coment was taken from an interview not the horses mouth)

Jordan, Galaxy's can get you the spares in just a couple of days or you can order direct from Xtreme RC who now own and make the Predators. I've done both and either way your only looking at a couple of days, don't recall having had to wait for anything on back order.

but isnt that the whole point, if you crash your car your not going to win any way so its not really about whats stronger, its about whats best around 90% of uk tracks and thats the xx4 at the mo, but i may change my mind soon to a x5 muhaaaaa

Jordan, If all else fails speak to Matt Western he's the only one out of 8 of us that have run Preds at Coastal who's still got one, he may be able to help with a set up to suit our track.
Failing that buy 2 ton of top soil and fill in the bumps and ruts and a Pred should be fine!!

vader & footey I find it rather sad that your attention is so easily distracted from rc matters!
If you really must know these two lovely young ladies, Brittany on the left & Jessica on the right, are the 'Brolly Dolly's' at Coastal Model Car Racing Club at Ipswich.
Whilst it may be blatant exploitation of the fairer sex, and it may just be coincidence, but attendance has picked up since they were persuaded to pop along occasionally by a club member.
