Front hub carrier ball cups - SV2

I've noticed a few people using the standard ball cups (U2989) on the front hub carrier instead of the kit one (U3730)

What difference does this make to the handling of the car ?

i was informed it just helps them from poping off on impact, add 2mm spacer unper the ball then fit cup to miss spring

no real difference in handling, the kit ones are a bit fragile
