barrow 4wd results (updated)
big thanks to everyone who turned up, it was a great day with good racing. for future events it is to be known it is possible to drive your cars to pit area to unload. but will have to be taken back to road after. just hope there will be a better turn out for 2wd. videos of all finals, including all 3 a finals will be uploaded soon as possible. |

Turn out wasn't the best but I think a lot of people lost out on a really good day! It was ran really well, the track was class! Fast and flowing and the weather held out. Couldnt ask for more for the clubs first crack at the regionals. Seriously can't wait for the 2wd round! Thanks everyone

Isn't a 3 and a 6 greater than a 5 and a 4? I agree it was a good day, shame about the poor turnout.

Doesn't it then go on times if it's a tie? Crawford had a 13/310, your best was 13/315?

I thought that only happened if two people had the same points and not just overall score IE two people with a 4 and a 5?

Would depend on what rules the classes were raced under.

Joel is right based on current BRCA rules.
The first determination is your best round in this case a '3' beats a '4'. The 2 drivers who both had a '4' and a '5' gets determined on their best time when they got the '4' |

It goes off overall result and then best time.

Stu is right.
18.3 The A Final will consist of three individual ‘legs’, with points from the best two of three legs to count towards the
result. The winner of any leg of an ‘A’ Final scores 1 point, continuing down to tenth who shall score 10 points. (No result in any leg gives 10 points). The ‘A’ finalist with the lowest number of points will be the winner of the event. In the case of a tie, then this will be decided by reference only to the two leg scores that counted. Firstly, by comparing the best single points scores, and then if still a tie the laps and times of each competitor’s best points score will decide.

Should I not be 9th on the basis that 7+9 beats 8+8 then?
