Here are the pictures off my Tardis. Mine is little diffrent as I am using the standard shell with self made lexan side pods. I have moved the servo back 10mm and am testing diffrent wings, as you can see at the min its X6!!!

When you say 10mm shorter, is this from the shortest you can get the standard kit ?
