Default Racing at York Sat 27th Mar. Important.

There will be racing at Huntington School this Saturday night. It will be a club night because of the meeting on Sunday at RHR. However if the regular 2wd/540 drivers turn up we can make it points night. What do think?
Other changes to the calendar (on the back of membership card) are :
3rd April Easter Saturday NO RACING
10th April Hols "
17th April Hols "
24th April Return to Racing 4wd points night.
Doors open 1745

Alasdair and I will be there, 540 points preferred, but dont mind just doing club night, If it is club night then I will let Alasdair loose in 4WD modified, so look out!

I can't make it this week so would vote against making it a 540 points night.

That said, I can't see how it would make much difference as long as we still have two more rounds after as planned.

540 points night sounds good to me. Once I've finished my soldering marathon.

Lol...Those old Tamya connectors aren't of the best quality. I will be going, and depending on the turnout could quickly whip the brushless stuff out of my b4 and put in a 540. Just have to wait and see I guess.

Default Don't quite understand

Does this mean my son can't race a 4WD modified or not. If it's points night I guess then it means 540's?
So will he be able to race if we show up please ?

Yes.He can race 4wd with either a mod motor or 540. All classes are catered for but on a points night only the qualifying class counts for points.

No It was a club night just for fun. Still, decided not to let Alasdair loose in modified just yet. Seem more fun for him to beat me in 540 .
