Default Academy Spares

I'm after spares for a V2, in particular front and rear wishbones and front hub carriers. It's the V2 pro version ones I want, ie same part number but with H after. Can anyone supply them?

Darren @ DMS racing is normally worth a try for Accademy gear, if he doesnt have it he deals with Horizon (accademy UK) very regularly.

Thanks for the plug Pete.

We do carry the full range of Academy spares but you will only get the standard parts here in the UK and not the "H" hard versions, since they have never been sold here and neither is the car over here. To be honest the standard "softer" plastic is usually better anyway since it is more impact resistant in most cases

Default Academy Bits

Hello Darren

I wanted to try the stiffer parts. Also the rear wisbones are different with more holes on the outer end. The standard front C hub carrier flexes loads and the H version might help with loosing less bottom king pins.

Fair enough, but not available here in the UK.

The H parts are definitely more "crash resistant" then the old parts.

As far as I know the non H parts are no longer being made, Looks like you may have to order from Amainhobbies or stormerhobbies.

The PRO version of the car (all H parts) is the strongest Off-Roader I have ever used, I have had to launch her into a solid object at about 40MPH to break her, and even then I still knocked off a few more laps.
