I'm watching a kipor on ebay at the min too. Be interesting to hear what people say. Think it may be a bit expensive for me though, hit me up if you sell your old one

Personally I wouldn't buy a kipor as when they break parts are hard to come by, we had one at work that was beyond repair due to the avr card giving in and had turn down numerous repair jobs on the due to not being able to find parts or beig able to guarantee that they will work for 5 mins

If you don't need mega power for caravans look up Honda ex7. If you can find one they are a bargain. Exactly same as eu10 but only produce 700watts. They are light, very quiet very frugal and can be picked up for about £2-300
700watts is more than enough for most racers. I've had 6-8 chargers running on mine all day long.
Or my charger and my caravan electrics and fridge.
It's proper Honda quality and parts easily available as most are the same as big brothers. Starts on 1st pull every time.
Imo it's the best genny for rc and doesn't cost the earth. Anybody wants a look. Come n nosey at mine at stotfold next weekend
