Default Suspension Arms D4

Hi guys,

HB61588 front sway bar complete set, includes front suspension arms, are these the same as HB61422.

or if you like, are there "worlds" arms and "standard" arms, and if I want stronger arms what is the number, is HB61422 the arms for all cars.

getting there Mick

Mick, the old design has been phased out. the part number is the same i believe, and the front sway bar set has the new arms in along with the wider bumper i think.

Cheers Jim & Jim, I expected the arms to be a running change, just wanted to double check before I ordered spares (dontwanagettheoriginalsdowe).

Have the original spec with upgrades jim76, just like yours I expect, we ran it at Newbury last weekend, Jordan will need to adjust, but thinks its a step forward, we need to gain a few seconds a lap now, he is capable of being consistent, be nice to get outside with it, and of course get some saddle lipos when the list appears.

yeah, probably same as mine. The only essential bits are the slipper clutch, the larger bumper to protect the hinge pin retainer, and the new front shock tower (the non-countersunk version). The shock tower is another rolling change, the old ones used to splinter around the screws.
You should hopefully have the upgraded diff screws as the original early kits were prone to sheering the head off.

The original shocks are fine, as are the original wishbones, but if you get the sway bar set with bumper then fit the revised wishbones and keep the standard ones as spares.

I better look over my shoulder for Jordan this year! Or maybe in front of me! He was running really well last time i saw you guys. As you say, very consistant, just needs to eek out a second a lap more.

All of the first paragraph, Losi shocks, electrics lifted from the zx5, 5.5 novak with lipo cutoff, just need a few of the "right" spares and we's running. We have also X6'ed the B4 but not run in anger as yet. Not sure boy will catch you but may get close. (have a Wayne copy shell from Blitz for both)
