brushless spedo and motors

may be a silly question to some but can you use differnt brand brushless motors for a nosram matrix evoultion spedo. if so which brands should i go for, for an 6.5 motor

any motor will work with ur esc. for 6.5 id go for speed passion v2, gm, nosram/lrp.
